WHAT ARE WE ABOUT
This 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation is organized for the purpose of connecting leaders and creatives with one another to encourage collaboration, execute events and projects, increase inspiration, develop platforms for professional relationships, and provide external support for member initiatives and projects, so they can better lead our communities in the love of God.
Ultimately, our mission is to bridge the gap between our leadership so that we can better love and lead our communities in the love of God.
WHY WE EXIST
As professional and spiritual leaders, it’s crucial that we lead our communities by example. With all the division that exists in our world today, enough is enough. God established his church on Earth to be united and strong. In response to that division and to better equip those leaders on the frontlines, we attempt to bridge the gap between leaders so that they may be able to build relationships with one another. Ultimately, our heart is to bridge that gap in-between our leadership.
We encourage all the members in the Gap Collective to unite with one another to build community events, communal projects and individual projects, support community events, and raise funding wherever needed. Through this collective, a network of leaders is created to partner with one another in completing such projects and events. Since we realized that God has placed us, individually, in different areas within our society, our hope is to utilize those resources to fulfill the call and mission of His kingdom. Additionally, we, the staff from the Gap Collective, serve, strategize, and develop partnerships with fellow business leaders in order to offer you avenues of refreshment that could help you re-energize.
For example, we have developed a Global Coffee Leadership Fund that serves as a platform where leaders can connect with other leaders they haven’t met before, in order to refresh them, inspire them, and inevitably bridge the gap between the two of them.
The first criterion that is the most crucial is their faith. The leaders within this Collective must have a solid foundation in their relationship with Jesus Christ. The second criterion, which must be met, is that every members/applicant must be a leader within her/her realm of influence. We ask for membership to ensure accountability in using this image, and also promote healthy growth as we challenge one another to step up.
